Smitteez Sportswear – Shipping Policy

At Smitteez Sportswear, we take pride in delivering high-quality umpire and referee gear as quickly and accurately as possible. Below is our full shipping policy for online and in-store orders.


Order Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or embroidered items: Typically ship within 7–14 business days, depending on production volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Next-Day or Express Shipping (when available)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and shipping method selected.
While most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak season demand.

Smitteez Sportswear is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been scanned and accepted by USPS/UPS.


Local Pickup (Keansburg, NJ)

We offer local order pickup at our Keansburg, NJ location.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.


Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm your shipping address during checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer cannot be refunded until the package is returned to us.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Smitteez is not responsible for theft or missing packages.

  • If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), we will assist with a carrier claim.

  • Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, sublimated, embroidered, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
These items are also non-returnable, except in cases of defects or production errors.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
